Church planting becomes more effective and reproducible when pastors are biblically trained.

I've been involved in much in training because I'm into church planting ministry so the only way for me to become effective in church planting I have to train people I've been looking and finding books or methodology or anything that would help me I became so interested because I mean at the book of me TCP because I I believe that this is the answer to my query that was in 2003 in castle city and from then on until now I never looked back I use be TCP materials I'm so selective with my students I never teach students who would not go and be prepared for the ministry I don't go for the sake of training since then 2006 is the first micro graduation 16 churches were planted by my 15 students there are many positive effects like for example I was given 127 students from Luzon Visayas and Mindanao for three years and a half I've been training the pastors they planted 98 churches they are continually having their church planting and involved also in so many community activities to promote the kingdom of God.
